The Early Identification can identify the strength, weakness and the talents of the students which can allow the teachers to apply the most suitable and individualized teaching material and strategies to teach the children.     According to the DSM-V, there is approximate 15% of the students are suffered from different degree of specific learning difficulties in reading and writing or dyslexia. It is not only implicit the academic results of the students, but also their confidence and even psychological development. Dr. Lai has more than 20 years psychological research experience in early childhood and children with special educational needs. She investigated that children speech or language development can be improved via enhanced by their Phonological Awareness, Morphological Awareness and Sentence Structures etc. Improving children language abilities can assist them to grasp the curriculum in Primary school. CPDA kindergarten will be the first kindergarten to provide such training for the students in Hong Kong.
